 DELIVERY
TIME AND DELIVERY METHOD
All orders are despatched by secure service such as Royal Mail Recorded
Delivery etc. To countries other than the U.K., we ship by Recorded
Air Mail, in all cases, signature of recipient is required on delivery.
FREE DELIVERY TO THE UK MAINLAND,
Our shipping (carriage and packing) charge is a flat rate is just £5.99
per item to any other destination including Ireland, Channel Isles and
Scottish Islands and other destinations around the world.
We import our garments to order, the normal delivery turnaround to
the UK is around 28 days from receipt of payment but due to circumstances
beyond our control delivery times may be extended, therefore if the
garment is to wear on a certain occasion we suggest that you order as
early as possible to avoid inconvenience in the unlikely event of this
happening.
PRICES
The prices quoted are correct at the time of insertion and we endeavour
to keep the website up-to-date with the most current price but as we
import our garments to order the prices may change if there is a dramatic
rate fall, but if this is the case we will inform you before processing
your order.
SIZING
From your measurements we endeavour to provide a garment which best
suits the measurements given, please inform us immediately if you are
unhappy with the sizing of the garment supplied and we will exchange
it on receipt of the original item back in the original packaging.
DISCONTINUED ITEMS
If an order is placed we will inform you in the unlikely event of your
item being discontinued although we endeavour to keep the website as
current as possible.
IMPORT CUSTOMS DUTIES OR RESTRICTIONS
Our shipping charge covers shipment - normally by post - from the U.K.
to your delivery address. As various Countries have differing import
regulations, please note that there maybe import duties, restrictions
and charges imposed by the Customs of your Country, which you are liable
for.
RETURNS POLICY
Return Policy for UK Residents and those in the European Community.
Our garments are covered by the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Supply of Goods
and Services Act 1982. Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and The Sale
and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase but if you
need to make a return we would like to make you aware of our return
policy as below.
We will not accept returns unless you notify us first within 40 days
from date of order, please enclose the original invoice or a copy plus
your name and address with your return.
Under certain circumstances refunds may be given if the item is returned
undamaged, unmarked and in original packing, you may incur a handling
fee of £7.50 if a refund is granted and one of more aspects of
this criteria are not met.
If an item is too large or too small we will exchange it for the correct
size only on receipt of the original item in the original packaging.
Postage is non-refundable.
Items lost in transit can be claimed for through the Royal Mail system
which we will undertake and you will be reimbursed when the claim has
been investigated by Royal Mail and compensation has been received by
us from Royal Mail.
We are not responsible for items lost during transit back to us. May
we recommend that for your own peace of mind that you send all returns
back Special Delivery. Claims for damages during transit can be made
to Royal Mail directly.
Please include your order number and address in all returns.
WE REGRET WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURN OF GARMENTS FROM
COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY. IN THE EVENT THAT ITEMS ARE
RETURNED, ANY UNEXPECTED CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CHARGES OR IMPORT DUTIES
SHALL BE RECOUPED FROM THE CLIENT OR DEDUCTED FROM ANY EVENTUAL REFUND
(IF AGREED AND MADE).
